In microwave cook entire spaghetti squash. Poke holes in skin and microwave 10 minutes.
Cut in half and let cool. Scoop out seeds and then the squash that will look like strands of spaghetti.
1 /4 sauce on bottom of 5×7 pan
layer 1 cup squash spread evenly
top with 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
sprinkle with parm & mozzerella cheese
Add 1/4 cup sauce
layer sausage crumbles
Layer with sauce
Layer with 1/2 cup each parmesan and mozzarella cheeses
Cook for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and it is bubbly.
Uncover and cook 5 minutes.

* Can double recipe for large lasagna pan
